Repair Information

  • Repair quotations will be sent by email after inspection is completed.
  • Depending on the product condition, inspection may take up to 3 weeks.
  • We may request information regarding the operating environment or setting values.
  • Sending the complete set including the controller helps identify the cause more accurately.
  • Cleaning fees may apply depending on contamination inside the driver.

Please include the following information when sending the product for repair.

  • Contact information of the person in charge (business card)
  • Product S/N
  • Description of defect or damage
  • Additional requests or notes

Additional Information

  • Repair time may be extended if required information is missing.
  • Please provide detailed information such as error codes or external damage conditions.
  • Requests for urgent repair service or repair reports should be specified separately.

Repair service may not be available in case of incorrect information or missing business card.
